We will then contact you and organise a time for the repairs, including an estimated timeframe. Now would be the time to enquire about a loan car if required. 

Drop off vehicle: Our friendly staff will welcome you with a quality inspection of your vehicle, identifying any pre-existing damage and explaining what will need to be fixed. If necessary, we will estimate the cost any work required that is not covered by your insurance claim. Once you choose to proceed with repairs, we will give you a letter detailing our contact information and the estimated timeframe for restorations.

Repairs: We start by stripping components from the vehicle to further analyse the damage and decide where is best to start the repair. If further breakage is discovered, we will notify your insurance company and gain approval before going ahead with further restorations. Trust us to coordinate with you and the insurer throughout the process, which involves the latest technology and quality paints to ensure a finish as close to the original as possible.

Finish: After the completion of repairs and paintwork, our skilled technicians re-assemble your car to pre-accident condition. It will be detailed, including a wash and polish, and you can collect the vehicle from our staff.
